Qrkey: Simply and Securely Controlling Swarm Robots

Deploying and interacting with a swarm of robots often requires a lot of infrastructure and access grants to users. In this demo, we are presenting QrKey, a library that makes it very simple to deploy and control a swarm of robots: just connect a gateway to a laptop, start the local QrKey agent and users are able to control the robots just by scanning a QR code. QrKey was published at the 17th NetRobiCS workshop in INFOCOM’24 and is part of the DotBot project.
