Quentin Bey is CTO of Falco Wattson Elements, a French startup that brings smart innovation to marinas.
Within the OpenSwarm project, he will be leading the proof of concept “Ocean Noise Pollution Monitoring” that addresses the issue of underwater sound pollution, mainly generated by small motorized recreational boats.
