Imec’s IDLab is located in The Beacon innovation hub, an inspiring place and community for digital innovators in Antwerp, Belgium.
IDLab have a unique research infrastructure used in numerous national and international collaborations.
Throughout the OpenSwarm project imec will mainly use DGX-2, an AI computing cluster in one chassis not larger than a small fridge, with a calculation speed of two petaflops as well as IDLab’s robot platforms which make it possible to test AI-driven multi-robot scheduling algorithms in real-world dynamic environments.
