OpenSwarm course on DotBots at La Réunion

Members of the OpenSwarm consortium delivered a 2-day course last December teaching how to use the DotBot, the project’s innovative platform for research and education in swarm robotics.

The course was delivered at ESIROI (École Supérieure d’Ingénieurs Réunion Océan Indien) and attracted 33 students.

Students had an end-to-end learning experience, where they started with low-level architectural primitives for moving individual robots, and finished by utilising a dozen of robots as a remotely accessible and programmable robotic swarm.
