DotBot best demo award at ICRA workshop!

The DotBot is an open-source robotic platform developed by the OpenSwarm project.
The consortium is building a 1000 DotBot swarm.
OpenSwarm running on the DotBot is a fantastic stepping stone for the community to embrace swarm communication, train the next generation of collaborative node experts and educate students, sthereby significantly reinforcing Europe’s position in the market of next generation smart system, which incorporate decentralized orchestration, constrained AI and swarm programming.
The DotBot was presented as demo at the Workshop on Breaking Swarm Sterotypes, part of the IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA 2024), on 17 May 2024 by Said Alvarado-Marin from Inria, and received the best demo award.
